    Every event is full and complete offering beverage service alongside our meal offerings and our mission is to provide exceptional catering services that exceeds our clients’ expectations again and again.

    Offering Basic staff for set up and clean up and Serviced Buffets to FULL-Service Servers for Plated meals and Cocktail Parties.

    Our CERTIFIED Resident Sommelier pairs, procures, presents and serves all your wines.

    DAY OF Coordinator

    “Event Day Coordinator” which shall coordinate aspects of the event for ONLY the day of the event..

    Event Coordinator

    $4900

      

    FULL Service and shall interact with all vendors and every aspect of the event coordination at a cost of $4900 for the entire term. 

    Food and Beverage Manager

    $1900

    An On-Site F&B Manager For intricate events needing specialty care.

    IBEW Engineer

    The engineer handles a variety of responsibilities ensuring an enjoyable event, including but not limited to electrical and AV /DJ equipment.

    Weather you need basic security or Off-Duty Police Officer. 

    1 Standard Server is REQUIRED for every 40 guests. A Service Server is REQUIRED for the first 12 people, and an additional server for every additional 25 guests, 1 Bartender is required for every 75 guests. Number of Chefs is on a per situational basis. Inquire about all other staff. *ALL Staff needed are subject to change depending on complexity of event and other determining factors.

    OWNER and Sr. Certified Executive Chef Christopher J. Kohut, CEC.

    With over 40 years of hospitality experience, Executive Chef Christopher J. Kohut, CEC. is an accomplished Restaurateur & Certified Executive Chef published in Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Top Shelf and other related publications.

    A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Christopher studied at the acclaimed “Le Cordon Bleu” school as well as under Executive Chef Donna Barsotti of the prestigious Common Plea Restaurant. While there, Christopher entertained VIPs including sports moguls, high ranking political figures and movie stars.

    Just a couple years after relocating to Indiana in 2002, Christopher began implementing his philosophical idea of providing “the greatest culinary satisfaction within a modest level all the while without depriving oneself of quality and taste”. This idea along with Christopher’s passion for excellence and his respect for the environment proved to be a better way of life, thus emerging “Ethicuren Group” and Saveur Fresh Custom Catering. 

    As a world traveler, Chef Christopher enjoys many enlightening cultural experiences that greatly inspire his eclectic fusion style cuisine. He offers the perfect blend of training, experience and flare, specializing in building intense flavors. He is dedicated to sharing his passions and enhanced cultural understanding with his guests by creating extraordinary food experiences with an international culinary focus.

    Chef Christopher, CEC. guides guests into an exploration of ethical, sustainable food with an ever changing seasonal & cultural menu, comprised of freshness and ethnic heritages. Christopher’s devotion to environmental sustainability and his support of local farmers and butchers provides guests with complete culinary satisfaction every time.
